Role

This employee will use their technical skills and product knowledge to assist in ensuring the successful implementation of our enterprise learning management solutions. The role is primarily focused on developing custom workflow and custom functionality required by our customers, so a strong working knowledge of Java, Javascript, HTML and RDBMS products is a must. Most of our customers are based outside Ireland, and flexible hours are required at times.

From time to time, the candidate may be required to get involved with pre- and post-sales support activities.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-starting individual who will typically have 1-2 or more years of successful software/solution development and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute a range of hands-on implementation activities, such as:
  • Install and configure WBT Systems products
  • Development of custom workflow and functionality
  • Development of integration interfaces with other systems
• Supporting and troubleshooting customer issues
• Assisting with other customer related activities as needed, such as pre and post-sales technical support, trade shows, etc.

Skills

• Experience of RDBMS products (Oracle & SQL Server).
• Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript and JAVA.
• Outstanding communication, teamwork and customer management skills.
• Experience with automation of test cases is an advantage
