![]() QA/Support Engineer RoleThis person will have a dual role within WBT Systems, and using their experience and background to provide a professional and effective support service to our customer. In addition this role play a successful product release of our enterprise learning management solutions by taking an active part in the QA process for both the standard product and specific customer solutions. This includes monitoring and managing the support system and executing testing and maintaining a Quality standard for the product suite. The successful candidate will become a product expert. This role will also focus on this knowledge transfer to other staff, and to customers to ensure that they acquire the knowledge and skills needed to develop and maintain their system.The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-starting individual who also enjoys a client facing role, and technical tasks associated with this challenging job. The role will typically require 2 or more years of successful QA/support experience. Responsibilities
