Logo When it came to training for ICON’s workforce of almost 7,000 global employees, keeping track of changing training requirements for the various job roles for employees in 38 different countries posed a huge challenge, not to mention the overhead and administration burden of filing, storing and tracking the paperwork and certifications for regulatory reporting purposes. Logo New York State Office of Real Property (ORPS) needed an efficient method of training property assessors. Current classroom based assessments meant that assessors had to travel to centers, take training and spend too much time on the road. New York OPRS also had to pay expenses for these assessments which was proving costly. Innovatia Logo Innovatia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aliant (www.aliant.ca), creates and delivers quality knowledge services through a combination of e-Learning, technical documentation, pre- and postsales technical support solutions, and inside sales.

As an Application Service Provider (ASP), Innovatia needed an e-Learning solution that could be configured easily to service multiple customer audiences. Valero Energy Logo Valero has over 1,100 company-operated retail sites that spread west from Texas through California. Managing and distributing updated policy and procedure manuals to these stores has always been a challenge. For example, the 800+ page Retail Operations Manual and the Employee Handbook are continuously evolving as the business changes and grows.
