Paul Dooley
CEO and Member of the Board
Paul Dooley brings over 20 years of experience in finance and taxation to WBT Systems. Prior to joining WBT Systems full-time in 1998, Paul managed an accounting and taxation practice specialising in high-technology start ups, and provided services to the company from its inception in 1995.
Paul also spent 8 years with Arthur Young in Ireland, where he was manager of the Small Business Division, and prior to that was on the staff of the Irish Revenue Commissioners.

Louella Morton
Vice President, Global Alliances
Louella joined WBT Systems from Adobe Corporation, where as Director, EMEA Channel Development she was responsible for the development of system integrator relationships throughout EMEA.
As well as being responsible for the establishment of new partnerships to increase WBT System's global and vertical reach, Louella Morton and her team work with existing partners to maximise the partnership potential. Louella also has responsibility for putting in place best of breed partner programs to support partner
relationships on an on-going basis.

Linda Bowers
Vice President, Customer Services
Linda has been with WBT Systems since 1998. As Vice President, Customer Services Linda has managed implementation teams for our largest clients. She has technical oversight of project planning, development and implementation testing. She also interfaces with WBT Systems Product Development. Linda is responsible for hiring of all Implementation Services staff. She has a BA Advanced in Pure Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin.

Samir Naji
Member of the Board
Samir Naji founded Horizon in 1988 and was Chief Executive Officer from start-up to February 2001, at which time he was appointed Chairman. He has led the groups identification of attractive markets, establishment of the groups businesses in those markets and has also been the key figure in the development of the groups management team. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from University College Cork.

Gary Coburn
Member of the Board
Gary Coburn has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and joined Horizon in 1992 as a sales manager in the systems integration business. In 1993 he was appointed country manager in that division and in early 2002 he was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer. He became a board member in September 2002 and in June 2005 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Horizon, he held senior sales positions in IBM, Hewlett Packard and Digital Equipment in Ireland. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic) Degree from University College Galway.

Cathal O'Caoimh
Member of the Board
Cathal O'Caoimh joined Horizon as Chief Financial Officer and became a board member in February 2001. He worked as Group Finance Director of the Hibernian Group/Norwich Union Ireland for the previous four years. Cathal has previously held the positions of Group Financial Controller of Independent News and Media Group plc and Managing Director of Tribune Newspapers. Cathal is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Masters Degree in Business Studies from University College Dublin.
