WBT Recognised for its Market Leadership and Outstanding Performance

Dublin, Ireland - April 30th, 2004 -
WBT Systems, a global leader in Enterprise e-Learning solutions, was last night awarded the 'Company of the Year' Award at the prestigious annual ICT Excellence Awards. WBT was recognised for its market leadership and outstanding performance within the IT sector. In winning the award, WBT was shortlisted from over one hundred applicant companies in the software, information technology and communications sectors. Vodafone and SureSkills were the two other shortlisted companies in the category. Other notable winners of ICT awards in the past have been Dell, Deloitte & Touche, Oki and O2.

The award recognised much of the recent outstanding performance of WBT. The judges noted the rapid growth in revenues, strong profitability, consistent performance, recognition by global industry analysts of market leadership and the development of outstanding compliance solutions for regulated industries such as financial services, life sciences, pharmaceutical and healthcare. In addition, strong market expansion in key regions within Europe and the US, with major blue-chip new business wins, has been profitably achieved in this time.
