WBT Systems Announces Partnership with Vertex

Leading BPO chooses WBT for training administration and delivery

Dublin, Ireland - November 23rd, 2004 - WBT Systems, a global leader in enterprise e-learning solutions, today announces its partnership with leading business process outsourcing company, Vertex. WBT will provide an enterprise learning solution to meet the training needs of Vertex clients, including leading names such as Powergen.

The WBT solution will form part of a unique suite of HR technologies, Tools on Top, which has been configured by Vertex to offer clients a high-speed, low cost route to the centralised delivery of key HR services – from recruitment, through training delivery to case management.

The WBT element of the suite acts as a training administration and delivery tool, maintaining a central repository for company wide training programmes, allowing employees and managers to book training as required. It also keeps a full history of all training activity, both for each client company and for the individual employees within it, giving HR managers a consistent view of their company’s skills base. It can also be used to design and deliver e-learning via company intranets.
