Deal to Provide Leading-Edge Learning Solutions to Financial Institutions

Dublin, Ireland - November 30th, 2004 - WBT Systems, a global leader in enterprise learning solutions, announced today a major alliance with the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), a leading provider of educational programs to the financial services sector in Canada. The deal brings together the complementary capabilities of WBT's learning management and content delivery solutions and CSI’s extensive financial services education library.

The alliance between CSI and WBT provides corporate leaders with an alternative: whole learning solutions that address specific business challenges in sales performance and regulatory compliance.
