Dublin, Ireland/St John, Canada - January 25th, 2005 - WBT Systems, a global leader in enterprise e-learning solutions and Innovatia, a Knowledge Solutions provider and wholly owned subsidiary of Aliant, Atlantic Canada’s leading information and communications technology provider today announce that they have secured a mutual, North American partnership agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, both companies can now offer each other’s products and services.

The intent of the agreement is that Innovatia will be a preferred application service provider to WBT Systems’ North America, hosting WBT’s TopClass® e-learning suite for North American customers. Both companies will proactively market the hosting service and will collaborate on sales efforts as appropriate. The WBT Systems-Innovatia integrated solution will include the TopClass® e-learning Suite, managed hosting, technical support and professional services.

In addition, Innovatia has more than 300 technical training courses in its content library that can be offered to potential customers as part of an end-to-end eLearning solution. Courses cover a diverse range of topic areas including: data networking, fiber optics, virtual private networks, Internet technologies, telecommunications fundamentals, wireless, ATM technologies, DMS switching, optical, broadband, and next-generation technology subject matter.
