Independent Market Survey scores WBT highest in 15 criteria for “10,000 employee” category of LMSs
Dublin, Ireland - March 8th, 2005 - WBT Systems, a global leader in enterprise e-learning solutions, today announces the findings of the latest Bersin & Associates report “LMS Customer Satisfaction 2005: An Industry Analysis of the Customer Experience” The 90-plus page study analyzes input from 660 system administrators, training managers, and executives on 24 satisfaction criteria across 16 different LMS offerings. The results of the four month survey have placed WBT as the clear leader in the mid-market category (for organizations up to 10,000 employees). The Study also notes that WBT is showing momentum into the enterprise category. According to the Study “WBT Systems scored highest in many categories: overall satisfaction, quality of implementation, quality of implementation services, ease of ownership, quality of content integration, and quality of HR integration. WBT is a sophisticated and seasoned European company which is now expanding rapidly in the US market. They have a large customer base of European clients and have a very mature product with an industry leading content management system. WBT was rated the leader in many categories and we expect WBT to start to show a significant presence in Mid-market and Enterprise segments in the next year”.
