The WBT webcast comes at a time when increasing numbers of manufacturers and service companies are building and sustaining competitive advantage through innovative approaches to channel management. Depending on the industry, between 30% and 70% of all sales worldwide now flow through indirect channels – franchisees, resellers, distributors, independent brokers, contractors and consultants. This shift presents significant challenges to the enterprise, many of which involve ensuring that a distributed network of dealers and intermediaries is well-informed, motivated, and prepared to sell and support customers in a consistent manner. The webcast will be broadcast on 8th June at 12pm EDT, 5pm BST and attendance is free. Participants will receive a copy of the whitepaper “Smarter Marketing – Driving Business Through Partner and Customer Enablement”. To date registrations, have come from the US, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, Spain, South Africa, Indonesia, India, and Thailand. The webcast is supported by the New England Learning Association. To register click here |
