Partnership with LeadTrain Underpins Success

Dublin - July 7th, 2005 - WBT Systems, a global leader in enterprise e-learning solutions, today announced its continued expansion in South Africa with its partner, LeadTrain. LeadTrain (through the acquisition of the IOCORE e-learning division) has already carried out a number of successful implementations of the award-winning TopClass e-Learning suite at major organisations in South Africa, including Alexander Forbes, Anglo American, Liberty Group and the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Many of these earlier deployments are now being expanded and upgraded, creating substantial new demand in the market.

LeadTrain has over 180,000 registered Learning Management System (LMS) users which makes it one of the largest vendors of learning solutions in South Africa. The company has been providing learning and performance management solutions since 2001, mainly through their hosted application platform that caters for the requirements of the South African regulatory environment, as set out in the National Qualifications Framework. By adding TopClass to its range of offerings, LeadTrain has been able to leverage its experience and provide customers with added value solutions built on WBT Systems' proven e-Learning platform. This partnership has resulted in a more comprehensive offering to the South African market.
