RAPS to use TopClass for Blended Offering

Dublin, Ireland - July 13th, 2006 - WBT Systems, a leading provider of enterprise e-learning solutions, has been selected by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) to power its online delivery of training and professional education for regulatory affairs professionals.
