Marketing Development Fund

The Market Development Fund (MDF) Program is designed to support our partners in marketing WBT Systems' products and services, in developing new and emerging markets and in engaging in demand generation activities.

The fund is available to cover qualifying expenses related to joint marketing activities with WBT Systems. Reimbursement is normally 50% of the total cost of the marketing activity except for marketing activities that contain other company’s products. Business Partners must apply for prior approval for MDF at least 60 days before the planned activity. If prior approval has not been granted, partners may not seek reimbursement.

Qualifying Activities

The following is a list of some examples of marketing activities that qualify for reimbursement from the Market Development Fund.
  • Seminars, in particular seminars organised by partners
  • Trade Shows, in particular trade shows where WBT Systems co-exhibits on the partner’s stand
  • Co-branded literature, joint datasheets and speciality promotional items
  • Co-branded advertising or DM pieces
  • Joint lead-generating campaigns.

Please note - the activity must display the WBT Systems logo. For all partners wishing to use the WBT Systems logo on their promotional materials please allow 5 days for approval of the final artwork. Please send a pdf or fax of the item to your partner marketing contact for approval.
