Implementation

Our implementation services are based on a proprietary methodology called QuickValue. Integration

TopClass can be integrated with financial, HR, competency and learning data from most enterprise systems, including Association Management Systems. Using a comprehensive set of APIs and services we can provide fast and robust integration between TopClass and various modules from SAP, Peoplesoft, iMIS, TEDS and other HRIS application systems. This allows management to have a synchronized view of its  learner and organizational structure. Rewards, talent management and succession planning systems can also be integrated with TopClass.

Customization

TopClass LMS is functionally rich and one of the few systems that can run successfully ‘out of the box’. However, the system can be enhanced by customizing functions to reflect specific needs, business processes or audiences within your organization. Whether it’s branding of the user interface, creating custom workflows, adding user fields or creating new permissions,  WBT’s services team can provide customization services to ensure TopClass runs exactly how you need it to run for your users and business.

Training

WBT’s trainers have experience of hundreds of successful implementations and know where the major training requirements will be. We can advise you on how much or how little training you need to achieve your objectives. Training can be tailored for different audiences and aligned to the different program phases of the implementation. It ranges from basic administration and authoring through to advanced workshops on topics such as object and data model, interface customization and performance tuning.
