TopClass Learning Management System manages online, instructor led, blended training and event management. For your members, TopClass makes the whole process of selecting and completing a training course simple, and in a few easy steps your members can browse the online catalog of courses, register and purchase a course, complete the course, take a test, track their continuing education units and print their certificate – all from a single system.

When logged into TopClass, the learner can browse an online catalog of courses or products and view course course descriptions, objectives, and the number of applicable CEUs/CPDs. An advanced search capability helps the learner to find what they are looking for when there are a large number of offerings in the catalog.

Using the eCommerce engine, learners can purchase offerings online. The system can be set up for member and non member pricing, it accommodates discount coupons and tokens, facilitates bulk buying, and allows for multiple currencies and different payment options. It also has a clever upsell recommendation for boosting sales.

Trainers can create online courses using authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate or Lectora. The courses are AICC and SCORM compliant. Trainers can also use TopClass to manage conference registrations. Learners complete their courses online or attend a classroom training session or conference.

The TopClass testing engine enables trainers to create online tests and assessments. The system allows for multiple question types, randomizing of questions with defined passing scores and it also allows for timed exams. Learners complete tests online and results are tracked in the system.

When courses have been completed by learners, Continuing Education Units are automatically awarded and tracked within TopClass. Units can be given for online courses, exams, conference attendance or for classroom based events.

TopClass manages certifications and re-certifications. The learner can print their own personalized certificates or they can be emailed by the training department to the learner in PDF format.
